Coming off a regional high school championship with the McKinnon Park Blue Devils #CFC100 QB Carusello commits to Yates cup finalists
Connor Carusello, #CFC100 2017 first edition, has committed to Wilfrid Laurier Golden Hawks according to recruiting coordinator Dwayne Cameron.
Connor’s ability to play his best in tense moments has led to interest from many post-secondary schools. At the end of July, Connor told CFCs Kevin Nimmrock the following:
“The recruitment process has been really good for me,” Connor says. “I have had the opportunity to look around a few schools and understand what they are all about.”
“I am trying to keep an open mind right now.”
The great news for the Laurier Football program keeps on rolling in, as tonight we received the commitment from CFC Top 100 QB Connor Carusello of the Hamilton Jr Ticats. The 6’4 pivot was also a member of 2015 Team Ontario in the National Championship tournament. One of the most sought after prospects this year’s recruiting class, Connor is excited to call Laurier his home!
