Football Alberta is proud to announce the following 40 names of players selected from all over the Province that will represent Alberta at the Football Canada Cup this summer in London, Ontario from July 14-21.
The Football Canada Cup is a competition for the top high school football players selected onto Provincial Teams at the U18 level (mainly Grade 10’s and 11’s). The following names were selected from the 115 players who attended the Final Selection Camp at Edmonton’s Foote Field this past weekend. Originally 320 players tried out at Regional Talent ID Camps to make it to this past weekends camp.
The next action for this team will be a mini-camp at Notre Dame H.S. in Red Deer from June 15-17 before getting together for the Main Training Camp in July. Here is the list of Team Alberta listed alphabetically by position and the high school they represent.
