Hilltoppers: Spencer Janke did most of the scoring for the Toppers by Kicking 2 Field Goals and a Rouge in the first half
Hilltoppers: In what was a huge play in the first half, Colby Brewster hit Brandon Blondeau over the middle for a 40+ yard TD which was called back on an illegal block
Hilltoppers: To close out the first half tied, Tristan Terry and the rest of the D Line came up with a big goaline stuff of the Mavs on a 3rd & 2 with 2:10 remaining in the half.
Hilltoppers: To make things interesting at the end, Bowan Lewis returned a punt 113 yards as he juked out multiple Maverick defenders before taking it across the field and up the right sideline for a TD with 5 sec remaining on the clock
Mavericks: Colton Hunchak opened the scoring with a beautiful catch and run which he cut back across the field for the big score. Hunchak was busy all game with several receptions and big blocks
Mavericks: Aaron Statz played well in coverage and blocked a punt which led to a a Donny SanGregorio Fumble Recovery
Mavericks: AJ Statz was solid all game creating yards with his feet after the catch highlighted by his 50+ yard TD Reception in which he avoided 2 Topper defenders and took the ball up the right sideline for the score
Mavericks: Boston Rowe finished the game with 2 Passing TDs
Mavericks: Bryce Hickson kicked the eventual winning Field Goal with 7:35 remaining in the game
Mavericks: Codie Abrams had 1 Forced Fumble and came up with a great one handed INT late in the 4th
Mavericks: Congratulations to the Mavericks on winning their First CAMFA Championship. Well Deserved
