NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
Lord Tweedsmuir RB Jamel Lyles had four touchdowns and 561 all-purpose
yards in his team’s 35-34 win over Blaine.
Mt. Boucherie QB Ben Minaker went 15-of-33 for 210 yards while tossing a
pair of touchdown strikes. He also added a rushing TD in his team’s 24-8 win
over Notre Dame.
Rick Hansen RB Devin DaCosta carried the ball 19 times for 183 yards
scoring a pair of touchdowns in his team’s 20-14 over Hugh Boyd. Hugh Boyd
QB Marcus Moldowan threw touchdown passes of 75 and 15 yards,
respectively, in the loss.
New Westminster RB Angelo Tanjuaquio and RB Terrell Belanger each
had a pair of touchdown runs in their team’s 44-22 win over Centennial.
Pitt Meadows RB Brandon Stewart had 15 carries for 185 yards and a pair
of touchdowns in his team’s 21-13 win over Valleyview.
Vernon RB Zac Kronbauer had a 62-yard touchdown reception and a 10-
yard touchdown run to help his team to a 19-6 win over Salmon Arm.
Abbotsford QB Jordan Fox threw touchdown strikes, including three to REC
Jordan Goheen, to lead his team to a 52-6 win over Howe Sound.
W.J. Mouat QB Hunter Struthers went 9-of-19 for 139 yards and three TDs
while RB Maleek Irons rushed for 220 yards on 18 carries and also had
three TDs in their team’s 42-24 win over Mission.
Vancouver College LB Matt Lowden and LB Kristian Domingo combined
for 25 tackles in their team’s 17-14 win over St. Thomas More.
John Barsby QB North Rainey threw two touchdowns and also had a 90-
yard pick six on the defensive side in his team’s 61-0 blanking of GW
Graham.
Frank Hurt Hornets’ defense had a big game in their 34-8 win over Langley
combining for nine sacks and an interception. DE Brandan Zivny had four of
those nine sacks while LB Hamza Khan had the 60-yard pick six.
Carson Graham RB A.J. Blackwell had a 60-yard TD run and pick six in his
team’s 31-12 win over West Vancouver.
Seaquam QB Joss Yanciw threw two touchdowns and ran for another in his
team’s come-from-behind 20-20 tie with Windsor.
