Mt. Douglas Rams There is a reason why Marcus Davis is the first repeat MVP winner in the history of BC High School Football since the award was introduced in 2001. Davis put the Rams on his back once again last Saturday in his team’s 39-33 win over Lord Tweedsmuir scoring five touchdowns, including one off a 70-yard pick-six, to send them back to their third straight Subway Bowl title game.

Lucas Bill played the role of unlikely hero in his team’s 28-21 semi-final win over South Delta. Bill, who only had 13 total carries during the season, rushed for two touchdowns, caught another as well as returned a kickoff 85-yards for another touchdown to account for all of his team’s major scoring.
