TORONTO – Today, the City of Hamilton voted in favour of a new vision for the Canadian Football Hall of Fame, one which will see the busts of Hall of Famers permanently and prominently displayed at Tim Horton’s Field.
The Canadian Football League released the following statement from Commissioner Jeffrey L. Orridge: “Together with the City of Hamilton and the Canadian Football Hall of Fame, the CFL has worked towards the goal of taking the Hall to our fans. We are excited that the people who lead the City of Hamilton, home to the Hall for so many years, have embraced and endorsed this vision. We look forward to making it a reality, giving generations of fans a wonderful opportunity to engage with the stories of those who have made Canadian football great.”
