GUEST ROOM RATES:
We are pleased to offer the following group rates to the attendees of your function:
1 queen bed: 109.99
1 king bed: 119.99
2 double beds: 109.99
These rates are subject to 3% DMF (destination marketing fee) plus 13% HST.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY:
For the convenience of our guests, our checkout time is 11:00am. Rooms customarily become available for occupancy after 3:00pm. Although every effort will be made to accommodate guests who arrive prior to that time, we ask that you make your attendees aware of this schedule.
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS:
It is understood that the attendees of your group will call our hotel directly (613 745-1133) or the Travelodge toll free number (800 578-7878) to make reservations. To receive the group rate, the attendees must identify themselves as an attendee of your event and quote the block code or name. A credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation and at checkin.
CUT-OFF DATE
Reservations must be received on or before Feb 1, 2016. After this date, our hotel reserves the right to release for general sale any unused portion of your room block. Reservations after the cut-off date will be on a space available basis only and the group rate may not be applicable.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation or reduction in the minimum room block after the signing and acceptance of the Letter of Agreement will result in a penalty of the first night’s room charges and applicable fees. Early check out will result in a penalty of one night per room.
GUESTROOM BILLING:
It is understood that all room, tax and incidental charges are to be paid by each individual upon checkout. Individual credit card deposits will be required upon check-in.
