Adam Rocco started his career with the Bell Warriors of the National Capital Amateur Football Association (NCAFA).

The linebacker has also played for his high school, the St. Joseph Jaguars.

Adam has also participated in a previous Ontario Prospect Challenge (OPC).

His goal for this year’s OPC is “to challenge myself against the top football players in Ontario.”

During the offseason, he trains with King football and at Carleton as well as works out on his own.

Adam’s has two idols, with the first being Luke Kuechly because he plays with pure rage and is impossible to stop on the field.

The second is J.J. Watt because he works harder than anybody else.

The linebacker loves the sport because of the friends he makes and the relationships with the coaches.

“It’s a tough and physical sport with lots of thinking and reacting,” added Adam.
