Bishop’s is first out of the gate for the AUS with their announcement of 8 commits. We begin with offensive tackle, Aboubaker Baker.

Baker went to College Montmorency in Laval.

OL Dylan Monico

Adding size to their line, offensive lineman Dylan Monico will be heading Sherbrooke from Sault-Ste-Marie in Ontario.

This 6’3″ 320lbs monster of a man played with the Sault Sabercats.

DB Jean Aubert

5’9″ 160lbs defensive back Jean Aubert from Saint-Chamond, France will be bringing his talents from Cegep Drummondville.

OL Jacob Brazeau

At 6’3″ and  245lbs, another offensive lineman from outside Quebec, Jacob Brazeau will be leaving his North Bay stomping grounds to join the Gaiters. Brazeau was a member of the West Ferris high school team.

LB Christopher Kramer

Coming from Cegep de Thetford, linebacker Christopher Kramer will be adding his 6’1″ 210lbs frame to the defence.

RB David Chaloux

Adding some offensive weapons, 5’10” 190lbs running back, David Chaloux, out of Cegep de Lanaudier will be a welcome addition.

LB Erwan Gentric

Another linebacker committing to Bishop’s is Erwan Gentric. Hailing from Avignon, France, 6’2″ 190lbs Gentric, played his Cegep career at Thetford.

OL Ethan Daoust

The Gaiters also add offensive lineman, Ethan Daoust, from John Abbot College. At 6’5″ and 300lbs, the offensive line gets bigger.

REC Sam Melanson

The Mounties added receiver Sam Melanson to their offensive weapons. At 6’3″ and 190lbs, this Riverview product from New Brunswick will no doubt be a welcome target.

DB Nathan Cayouette

The X-men get on the board with defensive back Nathan Cayouette. The 5’10” 175lbs DB will be making the trek all the way from Strathmore, Alberta.

LB Zach Taylor

Snagging another out of province prospect, 6’2″ 190lbs linebacker, Zach Taylor, will be heading to Antigonish. Playing his high school ball at John Barsby in Nanaimo, Taylor recently completed a stint with the CJFL V.I Raiders.
