The 17th annual Football Canada Cup, a tournament which provincial all star under 18 teams compete for a national championship, has announced this years first round opponents and game times. The game opponents are based on the final ‘seeding’ of last years tournament. Here are the first round match ups:
Day 1- Saturday July 9, 2011
Game 1 – Ontario West vs. Nova Scotia – 10 AM
Game 2 – Manitoba vs. British Columbia – 1 PM
Game 3 – Ontario East vs. Québec – 4 PM
Opening ceremonies – 7 PM
Game 4 – Alberta vs. Saskatchewan – 7:30 PM

Game 8 – Winner of game 2 vs. Winner of game 3 – 7 PM
Day 3- Friday July 15, 2011
Game 9 – Loser of game 5 vs. Loser of game 6 – 10 AM (7th place game)
Game 10 – Winner of game 5 vs. Winner of game 6 – 1 PM (5th place game)
Game 11- Loser of game 7 vs. Loser of game 8 – 4 PM (3rd place game)
Game 12 – Winner game 7 vs. Winner game 8 @ 7 PM (Final)
