CFC RANKS: CIS week #9 ODDS

Week 8 saw six teams cover, 5 teams win but not cover, and 2 teams lose outright.  The average differentiation in scores through week 8 in the CIS continues to be more than 20 points.  Only 24% of games are decided by less than 10 points.  Canada West is the most competitive conference with 38% of games decided by less than 10 points, and the RSEQ is the least competitive with 9.5% of games decided by less than 10 points (Note: Not including 2 forfeit games).
