The Bantam summer season got underway last week, and right off the bat there were some big games featuring top ten teams.
Week 1 also showed that preseason rankings don’t mean a thing once the real action starts. The Toronto Thunder dropped out of the Top 10, while Peterborough lost a close won dropping them in the Week 1 rankings. The big climber in week 1? Oakville out of the OFC. With a 14-13 win against the Peterborough Wolverines, the Titans have staked an early claim to “team to watch”.
