TORONTO –The Canadian Football League announced today that it has fined Hamilton Tiger-Cats defensive back Dee Webb for an illegal hit on British Columbia Lions wide receiver Marco Iannuzzi during last Friday’s game. Webb was also flagged on the play.
The decision was made following a hearing with Commissioner Cohon yesterday afternoon.
As per league policy, player fine amounts are not disclosed.
