TORONTO — The CFL Players Association announced Thursday night that its members have ratified a proposed new Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Canadian Football League.
A tentative agreement was reached last Saturday.
It still must be ratified by the CFL’s Board of Governors before it goes into effect.
“The CFL Players’ Association would like to thank our fans for their support and understanding during this process”, CFLPA President Scott Flory said in a statement. “The Players are committed to putting the best possible product on the field and are excited to get back to the game that we all love.”
Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
