It is abundantly clear that football in the school system of Quebec is at an all-time high. In the RSEQ CEGEP classification there are three competitive divisions.

Clearly, not every school can compete with the big boys in Division I. But no question, the lower divisions are producing talent being sent to the CIS and even to the CFL.
