CFC100 DE Aaron Armitage

Our #1 ranked CFC100 in the class of 2021 put what seems to be an end to his lengthy recruiting process, with Aaron Armitage having announced his commitment to Stanford. The 6’5”, 260lbs defensive end made his intention clear a couple weeks back with his announcement, over 6 months after announcing his top 5 of Stanford, Oregon, USC, LSU, and Florida back in early April. Through his recruiting process, during which he’s played at Blair Academy in New Jersey, the 4-star defensive lineman grabbed a whopping 38 offers. He will join fellow CFC100 Brendon Barrow at Stanford in 2021.

CFC100 DB Josh Baka

CFC100 Josh Baka recently announced his commitment to Sacred Heart University. The 6’1”, 190lbs defensive back, who hails from Ottawa, made the decision after raking in 8 other offers, from various FBS and FCS schools. The DB has spent his last few years at St. Thomas More in Connecticut, a common landing spot for our CFC100s, so the trip to Fairfield shouldn’t be too long.

CFC100 LB Darius McKenzie

Linebacker and Ottawa native CFC100 Darius McKenzie recently made his commitment to Howard University. The 6’2”, 220lbs athletic LB held 3 other FCS offers from the likes of Campbell, Penn, and Colgate before coming to his decision.   He’s been playing down in Florida this year, so maybe him missing the cold weather contributed to his decision to go to Howard, located in the much less tropical climate of Washington D.C.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
