Noir et Or now a Concordia Stinger

Concordia adds another local recruit to their 2017 class.

Vincent Fortin, a defensive back from Collège de Valleyfield, will be moving back to the main island after signing with the Concordia Stingers.

Fortin is a 12-year agent of the sport from Île-Bizard, Québec, an northwestern suburb of Montréal. The product from Le Noir et Or du Collège de Valleyfield (RSEQ Division 2) is looking forward to joining the Stingers next fall.

“I decided to go to Concordia because I really like the school and the coaches. They’re one of the reason why I decided to go there,” he said. “I also liked the team spirit there.”

The future business student is 6’1, 185lbs. He won a Bol d’Or in 2014 with Valleyfield and as an RSEQ all-star in 2015. Prior to cégep ball, he played with the Lakeshore Cougars (house league).
