Offense: Josh Beach – London Beefeaters
Josh Beach of the London Beefeaters had a fantastic game against the Burlington Braves in week 8 OFC action as the Beefeaters topped the Braves 37-24. Beach threw for 306 yards and three touchdowns with a QB rating of 102.8. Beach also ran a touchdown in as he carried the ball 7 times for a total of 11 yards. His performance against the Braves has earned him OFC Offensive player of the week for week 8.
Defense: John Moynahan – Windsor AKO Fratmen #9
The Windsor AKO Fratmen took first place with their win over the Hamilton Hurricanes. John Moynahan led the team on defense collecting 24 Defensive points from four tackles, three assisted tackles, a sack, two forced fumbles with a return for six yards, and an interception for twenty yards. His performance against the Hurricanes has earned him Defensive Player of the week for Week 8.
Special Teams: Cory Pattison – Burlington Braves
Cory Pattison of the Burlington Braves has earned the Special Teams player of the week for his performance against the London Beefeaters. Pattison returned 5 kick offs for a total of 111 yards with the longest return being 29 yards. He also collected 8 Defensive points from two tackles and an interception.
