James Kouame first started playing football at the age of nine with the Mustangs.
Currently, the quarterback plays for the Cyclones de Grande-Rivière.
During the offseason, James trains a lot to improve his footwork, vision, throwing ability, being faster and stronger.

The Cyclone’s goals for the Ontario Prospect Challenge (OPC) are, “to get noticed, to become a better player and to go far.”
James’ football idol is Russell Wilson because he was undervalued. People said he’s too small and not big enough, but now he already has a Super Bowl ring and he is they youngest quarterback to achieve that.
“I play football because it takes me away from my problems and it’s all I have,” commented the quarterback. “My cousin playing too and made it to the CFL.”
Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
